We can provide you remote support by accessing your computer via TeamViewer.  The links below are for PC and Mac computers.  When instructed by your support technician, click the appropriate link and save it to your desktop.  By saving it to your desktop, you will not need to download it again.  Once downloaded, double click the application and provide your technician the ID and Password.
