Live Streaming Service:  As with ALL live streaming services that are technology based, the service availability is best effort and reliant on Internet service which is out of control of Arcus Networks. We utilize the latest in technology to provide a reliable service, but due to Internet Service availability in all the various locations we service, we cannot guarantee 100% service.  Our paid service will only be available if the local Internet is acceptable for streaming.  But we cannot guarantee the stability of the Internet service provider and therefore no refunds will be provided unless we cannot provide any service.
